Does my co-parent have to use Orderly?
No. Everything works on your own. You can invite them later if you want to.
I have a protective order. Should I link?
You don't have to link. Orderly works fully without it. Talk to your lawyer or advocate about what's right for you.
Can my co-parent see my Coach chats?
No. Coach chats are private to you. They're never part of shared records or exports, and you can delete them anytime.
Does Coach send messages for me?
No. Coach never sends anything. Copy the draft and send it yourself.
Is Coach a lawyer?
No. Coach can't give legal advice, and suggestions can be wrong. Check anything important with your lawyer.
What does Coach learn about my co-parent?
It may learn communication patterns from messages in your shared thread, or from pastes you mark as from them. What it learns is shown to no one, and you can reset it or turn it off.
Can messages be edited or deleted?
No. Once sent, messages are permanent for both of you.
What happens to my order file?
It stays private to your account. Nothing is saved until you check the details.
Can I give records to my lawyer?
Yes. You can make a records export on your phone with the parts you choose. Coach chats are never included, and we don't keep a copy. Exports aren't certified.
Can I text my co-parent's phone number through Orderly?
No. Orderly messages stay in Orderly.
What about pricing?
We're still in family testing and haven't set pricing yet. Anyone who joins testing will hear about it first.
How do I join testing?
Leave your name and email on the Join page. We'll email you when there's a spot.
